Relaxation class. Using acupressure points to enhance blood circulation and restore your energy.
Everyone develops at their own pace. If you feel that your development is not fast enough or you are still not able to concentrate well, you should not ignore it. A few times of one-to-one training will help you to enjoy and to get the benefit of the regular classes in a deeper level.
